Happy Holidays!

It’s a short week for us at Oklahoma State, thanks to the holiday. I’m celebrating by taking my History of American Art students to the museum—to visit the study room again, but also to see the incredible exhibition of work by James Rosenquist! (Have you seen it yet? Tell us what you think!)

After the break, we’ll have some more excellent student essays to share with you from the show.

Do you have plans to visit a museum, gallery, or other art exhibition this week? The Rosenquist show is not to be missed (over the Thanksgiving break, the Postal Plaza Gallery will be open Saturday 11-3, but closed on Thursday and Friday) — and if you’re traveling out of town, we’d love to hear about your art adventures!
